💰 Orders & Payments
    •    Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required on all orders. The remaining balance is due at least 2 days before your pickup or delivery date. Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
    •    What happens if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 5 days of your due date will result in forfeiting your deposit, as ingredients and preparations may already be underway.

🚗 Pickup & Delivery
    •    Orders are available for pickup at an agreed-upon location.
    •    Delivery is available depending on distance and will include a delivery fee. Final cost will be discussed and confirmed when your order is placed.

⚡ Rush Orders
    •    Need something last-minute? Rush orders are available with at least 2 days’ notice.
    •    Rush orders will include an additional fee, which will be discussed at the time of ordering.

🎂 Serving Sizes & Pricing
    •    Two-Tier Cakes
    •    6” top & 8” bottom – Starting at $160 (feeds approx. 22–25 people)
    •    6” top & 10” bottom – Starting at $195 (feeds approx. 30–35 people)
    •    Note: Prices may vary depending on cake flavor, fillings, and decorations.
    •    Gourmet Flavors
    •    Gourmet options include Biscoff, Strawberry Crunch, Cookies & Cream, Banana Pudding, and Strawberry Lemon.
    •    These flavors may have a higher starting price due to premium ingredients.
    •    Single-Tier Cakes
    •    6” cake – serves 6–8 people
    •    7” cake – serves 10–12 people
    •    8” cake – serves 12–15 people
    •    Cupcakes
    •    Sold by the dozen (minimum order of 2 dozen).
    •    Dipped Treats
    •    Priced per dozen.
    •    Final cost depends on design details, which will be discussed when placing your order.

🎂 Cake Responsibility & Quality
    •    What happens once I pick up my cake?
Once your cake leaves our care, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. Please handle and transport carefully, as we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs after pickup.
    •    What if there’s an issue with my cake?
We take great pride in our products. If there is ever a concern, please reach out to us right away. While we cannot offer refunds once the cake has left our care, we may provide a discount or alternative solution at our discretion.

🧊 Storing & Transporting Your Desserts

Cakes
    •    Always transport cakes on a flat surface inside your vehicle. The floorboard is best.
    •    Do not place cakes on seats, trunks, or laps where they may shift during transport.
    •    After pickup, refrigerate your cake until serving.
    •    For the best slice, remove the cake from the refrigerator 2–3 hours before cutting so it softens to the perfect texture.
    •    Do not leave cakes out in the heat — they will melt.

Cookies
    •    Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3–4 days.
    •    For longer freshness, freeze cookies in a sealed container or freezer bag for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.

Brownies
    •    Brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4–5 days.
    •    For extended storage, refrigerate for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.

Dipped Treats (chocolate-covered items, etc.)
    •    Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
    •    Do not refrigerate unless necessary (as it can cause condensation and affect appearance).
    •    Best enjoyed within 3–5 days of pickup.
